Do you know any good law firms who are working in the area of space law or government space policy?
I know some good space lawyers but they work for various firms (or are in academia)!
do you have any takes on how moon property rights will play out? will future ISRU companies be able to claim south pole craters to extract and sell their water resources?
As a philosopher, I'm not so much of one for predictions.. I prefer thinking about how things should be than how they will be!
that said, my current assumption is broadly that nations and companies will just start doing stuff and claiming stuff
