The existentialists (grumpy old Sartre at least) might quibble with number three! Determinism seems to obtain at the level of facticity and "being-in-itself"--but perhaps human consciousness transcends to a new layer where freedom is inescapable.
But I know that's a bit too continental for many people's taste, haha.
